Dear Paizo Staff,
Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber
Thx Sharaya! If this is not a common issue I guess, I have been extremely unlucky. Looking forward for my new Alien Archive! After that one is resolved unfortunatly I have another problem:
Today my next order spawned (oder 4549827) and again you charged me with high shipping costs für the replacements of my replacments (which too had the binding issue, see opening post). Could you pleas look into my order and correct the shipping costs? THX again!

I actually did get my books from you. I subscribed to the Starfinder-Line and ordered the SE on top of that. I too was surprised that the books already arrived in Germany yesterday. It's order 4375190

Hello Guys,

Hi all, I've asked for advice before however circumstances have changed slightly. I have a level 5 angel-blooded Aasimar Paladin (oath of Vengeance). I've picked up combat reflexes and improved trip (my GM let me skip combat expertise). My party has no problems dealing damage; we've got a full orc barbarian with 23 strength, a sorcerer focusing on blasting, an unchained knife master rogue and a caster focused druid... and my Paladin. I was going to choose power attack as my 5th level feat however the campaign is very evil oriented which means that I have no issues with dealing damage, we're also out in the open and travelling a lot so I'm thinking of taking a mount as my divine bond so perhaps a mount feat would be good? (my GM has hinted that he's open to the idea of me taking a Griffon at later levels). I also have 7500 gold to spend, and can buy 1 item at crafting cost as a quest reward. My stats are Str 20, Dex 14, Con 12, Int 13 Wis 11 Cha 16. Gear: +1 cold iron longsword, +2 heavy steel shield, +1 full plate, m/w lucerne hammer. Any advice is welcome, if it helps, my Paladin worships Iomedae but has recently been learning of Desna and has come to respect her.
Hi everyone, TL;DR should I pick Unsanctioned knowledge to add some utility to my paladin spells in a party without arcane casters and a druid as the only full divine caster? And if so which class/spells should I choose? Ok, for the background: I've recently started playing with a group who had never played D&D or Pathfinder prior to our first session so I decided to create a character that would fill any gap once the others had decided what they were taking. The GM informed me that the others had picked a Barbarian, Blaster Sorcerer with some crowd control and a Druid devoted to spellcasting so I decided to pick an Oath of Vengeance Paladin focusing on tripping as a second melee character with crowd control, secondary healing and a few buffing spells if needed. So session 1 starts (at level 1 btw), the Barbarian player is present and has opted for a full Orc with 22 strength and power attack; he's a monster but in a good way. The druid player has decided to focus on archery but has a decent wisdom score, she's a bit overwhelmed by the spell list but confidence will come with time, I'm sure. The player who opted for Sorcerer has decided to instead pick a half elf unchained knife master rogue with terrible charisma (so no multiclassing into bard or Sorcerer). So far we've been able to deal with anything we encounter easily, mainly because of the Orc's crazy strength (he even accidentally killed someone while doing non-lethal damage in one hit) but I'm concerned at the lack of arcane spellcasting and the druid's subpar divine spell list. My Paladin is an Angel-kin Aasimar so I can pick up non-magical flight later on and I'll have blessing of fervor as a pseudo haste spell, along with powerful justice as an awesome party buff but is this going to be enough? We're now level 3 so I have picked combat reflexes and improved trip as my feats (my GM let me skip combat expertise) and was planning on picking power attack then greater trip, should I instead pick Unsanctioned Knowledge at 5th or 7th level? Thanks for any advice.
First of all, thanks in advance for any replies to this. I have a 3rd level Aasimar Angelkin Oath of Vengeance Paladin and was wondering how to make the most of tripping - lunge or greater trip? My ability scores (rolled) are: 20,14,11,13,11,16. My DM has been kind enough to allow me to skip combat expertise so I have taken combat reflexes and improved trip, I was thinking of taking Power Attack at 5 for when I can't trip, then lunge or greater trip at 7. The campaign is likely to go to 13 and for feats 9 and 11 I'd really like to pick Angelic Blood and Angel Wings (increasing my con to 13 via ability score increases) as we don't have an arcane caster and so non-magical flight would be handy. I've also been given a variant of a lucerne hammer to play with, the damage has been dropped to d10 however it's been given the trip quality (so brace, trip, reach and a bonus to sundering armor). I'm going to be picking up a mithril breastplate when I can the adding the titanic property to allow me to trip huge monsters and add the armor enhancement to my trip once per minute. So there's the main plan that I have; if I'm not smiting evil enemies I'll be knocking them over - is there anything that I could be doing or picking up to make this better?
Hi everyone, I've just started playing Pathfinder (Rise of the Runelords, having just completed "day 1") and my GM has kindly allowed me to pick my feat after trying the game out. I've picked the Travel and Luck domains, and becuase of my lucky dice rolls in determining abilities decided to pick Elf as the race for the weapon proficiencies. So far I have: Str 14
The party I'm in consists of a barbarian, paladin and ranger so I was thinking of either focusing on summoning or buffing my magical abilities, perhaps with a skill focus then eldritch heritage (I quite like the look of the Protean and Starsoul bloodlines as they tie in with my character concept). Another way to go I guess would be to pick up archery feats and stay back, buffing the ranger and myself. Can anyone recommend the feat and/or a direction to take? Thanks in advance! |
