Could I ask someone to take a quick peek at my order #4527213? It’s about 11 business days out now and I just want to be sure it’s a little extra delayed because of October new release shipping volume and not because it got broken ;)

Full disclosure... I wouldn't feel hurt at all if my order just needs more time to get through the mad rush of "Fall Into Adventure" orders. My charged card wouldn't mind a little refresher at month's end, first ;)

It looks like everything is fine. I'm not sure why it hasn't shipped yet. Would you like me to give it a poke to get it on it's way, or move the items to your sidecart to get added to your November subscription order?

As long as it hasn't slipped into a crack I don't mind it taking a little longer... but if it's in jeopardy of being orphaned then I wouldn't object to side-carting it (presuming those sale prices still come along ;). If spawning happens on Thursday or Friday that would be pretty good timing.
