Good-Aligned Undead and Channel Energy

I have a NG priestess in my campaign who died and has been brought back as a Greater Banshee. She has retained her NG alignment and all previous powers, skills, and memories through GM fudging and clever use of a Wish* spell.

*(In my campaigns, a Wish spell can do literally anything, but its wording is also subject to GM interpretation that is often disastrous or counter to what the player intended.)

So now I have a NG undead priestess of a good deity. My question is about Channel Energy:

Can she still channel Positive Energy, even though she's undead? Will it hurt her? Or, does she have to channel Negative Energy now that she's undead, which would heal her but hurt her fellow party members?

IIRC, the positive/negative channeling relies on either your alignment or the alignment of your deity. Either way, for this character, that means positive energy. Luckily, you can opt out of affecting yourself when you channel, and pick up a wand of inflict light/moderate/whatever wounds to heal yourself with.

Which Channel Energy you have depends on your God and alignment, not whatever creature you are.

Undead can make use of Postive Energy just fine if they have an ability to use it.

With Channel Energy it won’t hurt her unless she selects the “hurt Undead” option, the “heal living” one will just ignore her.

Unless she has a special ability to be healed by Postive Energy she will still heal with Negative Energy like other undead.

Rules as written the kind of energy you channel is a function of your and your deity's alignments. If those haven't changed, then no, her channel energy should work the same way.

If your GM wants to change it for thematic or narrative reasons, I don't see any serious problem.

Channeling energy has two completely separate effects.

When channeling positive energy, you an either choose to target living creatures (and heal them), or target undead creatures (and harm them). You don't do both at the same time. Likewise when channeling negative energy, you choose to either harm living creatures, or heal undead ones. Not both.

Being undead has no impact on which one you channel. That is entirely dependent on alignment.

She can not harm herself when channeling positive energy to heal her allies. If she channels positive energy to harm undead, however, she will hurt herself (unless she chooses to exclude herself, which is most likely).
