Did I miss any languages out?

I'm not entirely sure why you listed aboleth as an unlearnable language as Tritons, Munavri, and Merfolk can all learn Aboleth with a high intelligence modifier and Gillmen have it as a starting language, and I can find nothing limiting the language Aboleth to aboleths the same way the likes of Vegepygmy is restricted to those who can produce the right pheromones. Other than that everything seems alright from a cursory glance.

I followed what the PFS Additional Resources wrote.

"All languages found in this book are available for a character to learn with the linguistics skill, except aboleth and drow sign language."

That said, I agree with you that those races can learn Aboleth with the intelligence modifier, just not with linguistics in society. Though in normal Pathfinder, it's up to the GM, though I'd say that all non-secret languages should be learnable in a normal Pathfinder game.

Fey speak Aklo as well, the majority of Fey do as far as I can tell. Some Fey speak First Speech, whatever that is, but most do not.

Nagaji is listed as a Tien language, spoken in Nagajor, in Dragon Empires Gazeteer

The trouble with Nagaji is that the Nagaji race itself doesn't speak it's own racial language. I'm unsure if it's been retconned in Advanced Race Guide or not.

Similar to Ceratiodi and Sahuagin.

The Dragon Empires Primer version speak Nagaji and Tien as their languages. Bestiary 4 and Advanced Race Guide changed it to Draconic and Common. Probably because Paizo decided Nagaji and Tien were setting-specific and those latter 2 rulebooks were meant to be setting neutral.

I've listed it as unsure alongside Ceratioidi and Sahuagin with references to where the discrepancies lie.

I rather like the language lists from the Wiki, they have the information and the sources. You might want to check your list against theirs. If you have a sourced language that they don't have, I'm sure they would appreciate the heads up.
