How many times can I use my immediate action in a round vs opponents who miss me while im using Snapping Turtle Clutch

You get 1 Immediate Action when it isn't your turn, and it consumes your Swift Action for your next turn.

An Immediate Action used on your turn counts as your Swift Action for that turn.
