Can you apply UMD to Weapon of the Chosen?

Use Magic Device allows you to emulate certain class features, right? So the Weapon of the Chosen feat line requires that a deity grants you spells. Could you use UMD to use the WotC feats if you didn’t possess any spells? How would that work out?

No, you can't do that. Use Magic Device isn't "pretend to the world that you have a class feature", it's "pretend to a magic item that you have a class feature."

You aren't activating a magic item. You're trying to take/use a feat for which you don't qualify.
