sent an email almost a week ago still no (human) response

Hello,

I sent an email about my Starfinder binding, with an attached photo (order 4382270) I got the automated email saying that my communication had been received, but nothing after that (Iv'e checked my spam filter and couldn't see anything there either.).

I've heard allot of positive feedback from others about Paizo getting back promptly about the Starfinder binding issues, so I'm not sure what I can do to get someone in Paizo to communicate with me about this?

ok, thanks mate. would I be stretching the friendship to ask questions like an ETA (not that I'd hold you to this, but an expectation would afford me some comfort), or what the next steps usually entail?

I don't have an ETA I can give you. We are responding to all the emails as fast as we can.

The next steps are that since you purchased it from us we will ship out a replacement.


So it's that bad. Was going to post about this also but guess the whole binding issue is pretty big. Patience is the key I guess, since also noticed last week, the Core book ordered via paizo back in august has a bad spine... canceled my archives pre order via Indigo since was worried it would also be that way.

Was impatient since was taking forever for it to come be purchasable in Canada. : /
