Okay so, I've tried to look around searching for an answer but I wasn't able to find it, so I need some help to understand a thing about the Reach Metamagic feat.
It says that spells that require "melee touch attacks" are going to become "ranged touch attacks"
But what if the spell is already a ranged touch attack?
It can become a "Close" range for example, or it can't be modified further?
Here it is the text
Benefit: You can alter a spell with a range of touch, close, or medium to increase its range to a higher range category, using the following order: touch, close, medium, and long.Level Increase: Special. A reach spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level for each increase in range category. For example, a spell with a range of touch increased to long range uses up a spell slot three levels higher.
Spells modified by this feat that require melee touch attacks instead require ranged touch attacks.
Spells that do not have a range of touch, close, or medium do not benefit from this feat.
Thanks!

Reach Spell lets you improve the range of a given spell. If something starts as a melee ability, it becomes a ranged ability. If something was already a ranged ability, the range is extended (up to Long range).
To diagram it... the left column is the starting range, and everything else is what Reach Spell can improve something to.
Touch -> Close -> Medium -> Long
Close -> Medium -> Long
Medium -> Long

So for example, let's say that I want to cast Ray of Sickening with it, that requires a ranged touch attack, how is it gonna be modified?
Thanks!^^
If it is ranged touch you can't modify it at all.
The feat was not defined to modify all targeting methods. It was only designed to give certain short target ranges longer distances.

"Ranged touch" is not itself a range, but such spells include a range. Use that to determine the effect, if any, of the feat.
As TriOmegaZero stated, in this case, ray of sickening's range is "close", so Reach Spell would increase that to "medium" at the cost of using a slot one spell level higher or "long" for two levels higher.
