Just a quick question here. Say I am grappling someone, I am level 7, I have greater grapple, power attack and throat slicer.
Round one I initiate grapple and successfully grapple my opponent.
Round two I make a move action to maintain my grapple using greater grapple and I successfully maintain at +5 and chose to pin my target. Now here's my question, I want to standard action throat slice the vile fiend at this point with power attack, do I need to roll to maintain again? This roll would be with the +5 and -2 (due to power attack) netting me a +3 total and then I can deal the CdG?
So essentially any time I choose to either move, damage, or pin my opponent a grapple check is always required first?

Throat Slicer does not appear to require an attack roll. It’s a coup de grace, and those don’t normally require an attack roll. Also, you don’t have to be the one grappling to use Throat Slicer. You could use it on a creature someone else has pinned.
Once you have maintained as a move action, you can do whatever with your standard. You could even make a normal attack, if you have a free hand or some way to make an attack. The difference being you would be attacking AC, instead of rolling a grapple check against CMD.
For Power Attack, though, if you want it to apply to Throat Slicer, I think you have to take the -2 penalty on the roll to maintain/pin as well. Power Attack generally applies to all attacks in a round or no attacks in a round, and it does call out that includes combat maneuvers. So your roll to maintain with your move action would be at +5-2. And no roll for Throat Slicer. It’s an auto-crit.

Oh ok, so I could also maintain (choose not to pin) and deal regular damage with my weapon using a CMB vs CMD (just because it may be easier sometimes)?
If I went the CdG route than that maintenance check with the greater grapple to pin is at +3 and if successful then CdG would automatically deal (assuming a heavy pick and an 18STR) 1D6+8 X 4? Would I roll 1D6+8 four times or would I just roll it once and multiply it by 4?
"Power Attack generally applies to all attacks in a round or no attacks in a round" lastly this, u may be right but I recall one time someone say you could turn PA off or on at any point? Say u wanted to deal construction damage later on, you could turn on PA and deal it I thought?

A heavy pick is a two-handed weapon. You can’t use a two-handed Weapon in a Grapple, unless you have an ability that lets you ignore the normal rule.
You would roll 1d6+8 4 times and add them together before applying DR or getting the total for the Fort save.
From Power Attack:
You must choose to use this feat before making an attack roll, and its effects last until your next turn.
Now, I’ve seen it argued that you can turn Power attack on after your first attack in the round, but that’s pretty clearly not the intention, and not the way I’ve ever seen it at the table. But pretty explicitly, once it’s on, it stays on until your next turn. That includes AoOs or any attack. But “before making an attack roll” is most commonly ready before making your first attack roll in the round. There are threads devoted to that question, if you want to read up on the discussion.
In this case, since you’re not even making an attack roll with Throat Slicer, I would rule that if you did not take the Power Attack penalty on your roll to maintain, you can’t use Power Attack on the CdG.
