When you say go out with my next order, does that mean the next spawning process for Paizo-produced material (Adventure Path #124; Player Companion: People of the Wastes)? Or does it mean it'll go out with the Pathfinder Battles: Maze of Death Case +incentive that should spawn over the next couple days?
If it's the former, you can go ahead and create it's own order and send them out. But if the next round of subscriptions technically means the Pathfinder Battles line, set to generate starting tomorrow (Friday), then I'll just wait a few extra days and get the sidecart items and Maze of Death case around the same time.
I realize I talk in Tongues sometimes, so just to be clear on my end...
I've got six items in my side cart right now. They are set to go out automatically with my next round of subscriptions. If it's Paizo-produced subscriptions you refer to, the next generation date is likely sometime in the final week of October, meaning I won't receive the side-cart items until sometime in Mid-November with Adventure Path #124 and People of the Wastes.
I also have my Pathfinder Battles subscription set to ship as it becomes available. Those orders begin spawning tomorrow (Friday, the 13th) and will run through the weekend.
My preference is to receive the 6 items in my side-cart no later than I receive the Pathfinder Battles: Maze of Death case (+incentive) at my doorstep. (Give or take a couple days, as they won't come in the same box).
So if waiting for my side-cart items to ship causes them to come in Mid-November, I'd rather just have them created as their own order today. On the other hand, if when you say next subscription order it applies to the Pathfinder Battles case, I might as well just wait a few extra days and receive them all together.

Two final things.
1. I failed to thank you earlier for unsuspending my subscriptions and for getting back to me in such a timely manner. So thank you.
2. I've been toying with the idea of adding the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Ongoing Subscription. I currently have it, starting with the Book Of The Damned, in my shopping cart. Buying the book from a third-party site, and the PDF download from you, only saves me $1. It makes more sense to me to just get it from you, to keep my Paizo orders simple.
I'm only interested in the major (new, hardcover) books in the line. The pocket-editions of previous released hardbacks aren't something I'm interested in obtaining. If I go ahead and sign up to receive the Pathfinder Game Ongoing Subscription books, does that mean I'm on the hook for future pocket-edition books? Or will I only get the hardback books of new material, like Ultimate Wilderness (next month), and whatever book comes next--likely sometime in 2018.
Finally, if I do sign up to receive Book of the Damned, will it count as generating a new subscription order? Or will that book set in my side cart to be shipped out with the next order?
Ideally, I'd like to add that subscription (and Book of the Damned) to my sidecart, and have that order of 7 items ship out either on their own or with my Pathfinder Battles case.

I have moved the items out of your sidecart and into their own order. They should be on their way to you soon.
Sidecarted items will only ship out with Paizo subscription items. Subscriptions for licensed items like the Comics, or Battles miniatures, will not pull sidecarted items into their order.
