Not completely sure what you're asking.
If you're asking about how much it costs to upgrade an existing item, then you calculate the full cost of the upgraded items and then subtract out what the lesser version of the item cost.
So, if you want to upgrade a +1 longsword to a +2 longsword, the cost to upgrade would be:
8,000 gp (+2 Enhancement)
—
2,000 gp (+1 Enhancement)
_______
6,000 gp cost to upgrade.
If you're asking how much it would cost to create a new magic item that's a more-powerful version of an existing item, you'll need to recalculate the cost based on the more-powerful item's new abilities. Consult the table:
Magic Item Gold Piece Values for general guidelines.
Remember that item pricing is more art than science.

It’s not a pricing question, it’s a DC question (also, flagging for wrong forum, this is clearly a Rule Question).
The DC is 5 + the CL of the finished item, +5 per missing construction requisite. Yes, this could be the same as the DC to make the higher CL item.

Authoritatively...
For the record, I flagged this as spam despite what looked like on-topic discussion because of the questionable link I'm not clicking on combined with an eighteen-month thread necromancy. I'm not clicking on those to find out what they are. If I'm wrong, my apologies.

You're not wrong. Those links have absolutely nothing to do with any game at all nor with answering any question at all.

I think we're dealing with someone who's legitimately posting, but thinks it's acceptable to include off-topic links as a phishing signature. There's a couple folks around who seem to enjoy posting a random "I was thinking about this topic... visit more here at this off-site link" thread that is clearly all about driving traffic to <wherever>. This is probably similar.

Showbox is an app you can use to watch tv shows/movies by downloading torrents of them (you may be able to stream them as well, but I'm not sure on that point). I don't know what the other two are, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were similar to showbox. Maybe they think they're being helpful or whatever, but it's still a link to something basically illegal.
