I think at best, you can only have 1 active at a time. Turning on a second would have bad results, like blows your CPU and you die.

They'd probably have safety systems, so if you already have one activated, it won't let you activate a second.
For most things, the intent is to only allow one bonus of each type. If the force field provided an armour bonus, it wouldn't stack. Since it doesn't, it's a little murkier, but I think you can assume the same design philosophy.
The other thing you need to consider is that while the Android/exocortex aren't a suit of armour, they would be considered one for the purposes of determining what you can do with the armour slots.
