If a medium wonderous item was aquired by a tiny adventurer, it would shrink to 1/4 it's size to fit them, right? So would it's weight also decrease to 1/4? What about a Huge character, would it quadruple in weight? Do magic items resize and just become more or less dense?
For that matter, if a Bag of Holding was shrunk to tiny size, would items put inside while it was medium still fit out magically? Would mundane items coming out also be resized for a tiny character? Would the tiny character need to put the bag down so it could return to normal size to retrieve items? Would it return to normal size if set down?

Most magic items don't change size. Magic clothing and jewelry do, the rest don't.
When an article of magic clothing or jewelry is discovered, most of the time size shouldn't be an issue. Many magic garments are made to be easily adjustable, or they adjust themselves magically to the wearer. Size should not keep characters of various kinds from using magic items.
There may be rare exceptions, especially with race-specific items.
Armor and Weapon Sizes: Armor and weapons that are found at random have a 30% chance of being Small (01–30), a 60% chance of being Medium (31–90), and a 10% chance of being any other size (91–100).
An item that changes size would change weight appropriately as well.
A bag of holding doesn't change size.

Alright... but say a Headband of Alurring Charisma, created at medium size, was put on by a tiny creature, it would resize, right? If removed and set down, would it return to medium size or would it stay tiny until someone else of another size picked it up?
I'd say the latter, but I don't know for sure.

As other mentioned, most magic items don't resize unless they are worn. The bag of holding would not resize because a small creature were carrying it. Having said that, if a creature were subject to a spell, like reduce, then a bag of holding might shrink. Since those spells typically never restrict how an item works, however, I would say you have no trouble drawing larger items from within it. You would have trouble placing a larger item back into the smaller bag if it could no longer fit inside the opening, even if it did before. You would have to wait for the size-changing effect to expire or dispel it earlier.
As for the resizing of other items, such as a medium headband or boots being worn by a tiny creature and then removed, I would also say they keep the current size until another creature tries to wear them. Yes, that means a human would actually have to attempt to put tiny slippers on (possibly just hoping their magical and not looking silly in front of everyone if they aren't.)
