How do I change my subscription so that I don't pre-order the case incentive? I still want the Maze of Death when it's released as part of my subscription. I'm no longer interested in the elder air and fire elemental figures being offered. Thanks.

Hi ckdragons,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I don't believe there's a way for you to edit it on your end, but I've set it so that you should not receive the case incentives with your subscriptions going forward. If you do see an incentive that you're interested in getting later down the line, just let us know and we can set that back up.

I just received an email that indicated the incentive was going to be included with my subscription order.

"Pathfinder Battles October Subscription Release

This subscription shipment includes:

Pathfinder Battles—Maze of Death Case
Pathfinder Battles—Maze of Death Case Incentive"

Please confirm the incentive has been removed from my subscription.

That email was a general newsletter type of email that was sent to everyone. Katina has flagged your subscription to not send the incentive miniature. When you get your email confirmation when the order is generated if you do see the incentive miniature on it please let us know.
