What it says on the tin. Is there any way to get an Investigator Talent without getting 3 levels of Investigator?

Psychic searcher oracles, wild whisperer druids, inspired chemist alchemists and snoop rogues can. Some of those take 2 levels rather than 3 if you were wanting a different class or archetype.
