I have changed my mind, and would like to have my subscription altered, so that it begins with the Starfinder CRB.

I've noted that the 1st book of the Dead Suns AP is back ordered. The 2nd book has already shipped.

We were hoping to start playing the AP next month.

Can you send me the PDF of the 1st book of the AP to download, and then discount me the PDF cost when the book actually ships?

The way we're handling the backorder of Starfinder AP #1, is that you can purchase the PDF for it while you're waiting for the reprint to come in, and then we'll refund the cost back to your account in store credit once your physical copy of the book ships. For more details, you can see this post from our Customer Service Manager.

You'll just want to reply to your shipping confirmation email for book #1 and let us know that you purchased the PDF, and we'll get the refund to your account.

I purchased the PDF for book 1 of the Dead Suns AP yesterday. The order number is 4537245.

The original order, 4513324, only lists what was shipped, but not what is pending, which includes book 1 of the AP,

It looks like they are mostly backorders for things that we are waiting for restocks from our printer for, or items that pre-orders with release dates in the future, or no announced release date yet.

If you want any of those moved to your sidecart, so they can ship along with upcoming subscription orders after they become available (instead of shipping on their own or in smaller packages), please let us know.
