Hello,
there are two Vigilante Talents:
Cunning Feint:
The vigilante can feint as a move action or in place of his first attack during a full attack. At 8th level, when the vigilante successfully feints, the opponent is denied its Dexterity bonus to AC against all attacks until the vigilante’s next turn.
Concealed Strike:
Whenever the vigilante attacks an opponent with a concealed weapon that his target wasn’t aware of, he can attempt a Bluff check to feint that opponent as a move action. If he has the Improved Feint feat, he attempts this check as a free action instead. A vigilante must be at least 6th level to select this talent.
Cunning Feint works exactly like Improved Feint and Greater Feint, although the feats are not spelled out. Improved Feint is needed to make Concealed Strike a free action though.
Now with Quick draw, a Stalker Vigilante would get a guaranteed lesser sneak attack full attack every round, provided that the Bluff check succeeds.
Pretty nice combo, but has there been a ruling I oversaw that makes Cunning Feint count as Improved Feint for prerequesites? It should be, obviously, but I'd like to have it RAW.
Thanks in advance

Also, Quick Draw doesn't let you draw a concealed weapon as a free action.
You can draw a hidden weapon (see the Sleight of Hand skill) as a move action.
Drawing a concealed/hidden weapon is normally a standard action. Quick Draw makes it a move action.
Which makes Concealed Strike a confusing ability, because it requires too many actions. Move to draw the weapon, move to feint, and standard to attack. I suppose there are exceptions, like convincing the GM to count an Unarmed Strike as concealed/hidden, or a Spring-loaded Wrist Sheath, which would be a swift to draw, move to feint, standard to attack (and also wouldn't require Quick Draw).
Once you get Improved Feint, it makes a lot more sense, as it's move to draw, free to feint, standard to attack.
I agree that Cunning Feint does not count as Improved Feint for prerequisites. It's not identical to Improved Feint, either. Improved Feint only adds feinting as a move action. It doesn't include feinting with the first attack of a full-attack. So Cunning Feint is more like a combination of Improved Feint, Two-Weapon Feint, and Feinting Flurry. Plus Greater Feint automatically at 8th. And you don't need Combat Expertise! That's a lot to pack into one ability, so I can see how limiting it by keeping it from counting as all of those things might have been intentional.

If you have the Deft Palm rogue talent, you won't need to worry about drawing hidden weapons. Otherwise, you've got springblades, swordcanes, wrist launchers, gloves of storing, the hidden weapons spell, wrist sheathes and gloves of improvised might (seriously, you could kill someone with a pencil with those things) to try and pull off using concealed strike. Just gotta think carefully about your options.
