Hi Paizo

You're probably going to want to leave this to the new CS person as I suspect it's going to be painful. Then again, it would be something of a baptism of fire and I'm not sure I'm patient enough to wait for the interview process, anyway!

I just got what I presume was a subscription spawning email which appears a little odd. Would someone mind looking into the above order for me to ensure that everything I'm subscribed for that comes out this month is included?

It's not surprising that it's messy this month but some of the subscription items are listed as cancelled and some aren't, although all my subscriptions show as current. For example: there are a few alien archives but no SF AP instalments.

The allocation of store credit looks a bit haphazard to me as well (but it rarely makes sense from this end, so that could well be working as intended).

Hello Steve,

I think I have it all sorted out. You should be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting all the changes. There are subscription items and non subscription items on the order so if you can look over the updated email confirmation and make sure everything looks correct I would appreciate it. There are also some items that were moved back to your sidecart because they are not ready to ship out with this order.
