If I have belt of anaconda coils, greater grapple, rapid grapple and grab, is this possible?
I start adjacent to my opponent as a Tetori. I am level 11. I get two attacks normally. Can I do my first attack, then do my second attack (apply the Grab special attack to this one), free action grapple him successfully which deals constrict damage. Next Maintain the grapple the same round with greater grapple (using my move action) dealing regular damage + constrict damage, then maintain a third time with rapid grapple dealing damage + constrict damage.
Is the above sequence do-able? I'm not sure if on the initial attack I can do both attacks (and then Grab) or just one and then use Grab to initiate thus missing out on one attack.

Your two attacks constitute a full-round action. With that action, you can attack twice, triggering grab on either or both attacks and applying constrict damage if successful. The other two feats don't really come into play, as you never get the chance to maintain a grapple during that round.
....But!
Instead, if you hit with your first attack and grab successfully (and dealing constrict damage), you can abandon your full attack and take your move action then. This allows you to maintain the grapple (+ damage, + constrict), then trigger Rapid Grappler as a swift action--maintain at -5, if succesful damage & constrict again. You never get your second "attack", but you do get the effect of three unarmed strike hits and two constricts and all set up to maintain two or three times next turn. If you don't successfully grapple with your first attack's grab, continue with your full attack.
