So, say I and my allies all have Paired Opportunist and Broken Wing Gambit. I, a barbarian, have Come and Get Me.
If that enemy attacks me when I'm using Broken Wing Gambit and Come and Get Me, my allies get Attacks of Opportunity (from Broken Wing Gambit), which then gives me AoO (from Paired Opportunist). Also, from the same action, I get an AoO from Come and Get Me, which also gives my allies AoO's from Paired Opportunist.
Is this how this works?
That asked, what if I had In Harm's Way. I don't believe I would count as being the one attacked, so I don't think any of that previous combo would kick off, right?

That is one valid reading of the rules.
Some people will interpret
Combat Reflexes and Additional Attacks of Opportunity: If you have the Combat Reflexes feat, you can add your Dexterity bonus to the number of attacks of opportunity you can make in a round. This feat does not let you make more than one attack for a given opportunity
as meaning that this situation is only a single opportunity.
Either way to your second question, I believe you are correct that you are not being attacked, and the combo would not kick in for any attacks of opportunity.
