Starfinder Core Rulebook spine issues and ink blotch

Hey,

I recently purchased the Starfinder CRB from a local store, upon reading it I found out that one of the pages contains some blotches and the spine seems to start to come loose.
I've contacted the store I purchased the book from and they said they couldn't mean anything for me as it's out of stock with an unknown delivery time. Could you help me get set up with a replacement?

Thank you for letting us know, and for contacting the store you purchased the book at. We should be able to get a replacement set up for you. Please send an email to customer.service@paizo.com that includes pictures of the book that we can pass along, a shipping address to send it to, and the name of the store so we can make sure everyone is on the same page.

Please keep in mind that we have a very large volume of emails and are working our way through all of them, so it may take some time for you to get a response to your email.

I finally got my replacement in yesterday evening (Order #4525974) and it has the same spine issues as the previous one. Anyone that could help me?

I'm sorry to hear your replacements were also defective. Please send pictures of the defective replacements to customer.service@paizo.com and we should be able to get a new replacement set up for you. We are expecting the second printing to arrive in the next few weeks, so a new replacement may take a little while to ship out as it will need to come from the new printing.
