•Begin Shipping Estimate: Monday, September 25th

•Street Date for Comics: Wednesday, September 27th

If you have both monthly and off-schedule subscriptions, you can select what to do with any non-subscription items you put into your sidecart.
You can ship any non-subscription items with the earliest possible subscription shipment or with your subscriptions that have products releasing with the the monthly Paizo published new releases.

You can make this choice from your My Subscription page.

Remember, once we create a subscription order, if you still want to add items, make sure you choose to add items to the specific order that has been created.
Adding them to the sidecart after we have run our order creation process means they will wait until the next shipment based on your subscription settings.

If you have chosen to "hold for monthly paizo shipment" for your comics subscription, after we do the order creation you should see Runescars #5 in your sidecart.

Hi Katina

If I have my comics subscription set to ship as soon as possible and an item in my sidecart which is available for sale but has like a "will ship in 16 days" tag - what happens?

Does the item-from-a-distributor spawn along with the comics subscription order which then waits for the sidecart item to arrive?

Or does the system only add sidecart items into subscription orders if they are actually in the building when the subscription spawning happens?

Hello Some,

The comics authorization should not pull items out of your sidecart. Items in the sidecart should wait for the Pathfinder authorization.

When the Pathfinder authorization is run the system generates a subscription order and looks in your sidecart. Anything in your sidecart that is ready to go will get pulled into the order. So if an item needed to be ordered from a supplier, as long as it has arrived and been checked in when the authorization is run it will go into the order. If it arrives after the subscription order is generated but before the order has shipped it will stay in the sidecart until the next month as the system only looks in the sidecart when it first generates the order.

In short when the system generates the subscription order it doesn't care what the date range on the items estimated arrival is, just whether the item is at that moment ready to ship or not.

Did the spawning of comics subscriptions go ahead on Friday as planned?

It was great to hear from you on the phone, and your comics should be all settled now.

I just wanted to post to let other folks know that we did finish the comics spawning as planned, and we should be wrapping up shipping of those today. If anyone is noticing a problem with their comics order, just let us know and we'll be glad to look into it.
