In response to rising concerns about the possibility of archaeology to unseal evil forces that threaten nearby people or leave unstable areas prone to collapse, Amenopheus is founding a new organization within the scarab sages: the scarab sentinels. If you have at least 20 fame you may spend 1 prestige point to become a founding member of this experimental group. Each time you complete a scenario in which you neutralize a threat in an ancient site )as defined above) ask your DM to check a box before this boon. After you check the last box Ameneopheus personally recognizes your accomplishments and touts you as an example of the value of his ew initiative. Once per adventure when you are in an ancient site, you may roll a Knowledge (history) check in place of any other knowledge check or in place of a perception check pertaining to the sites structure.
Question 1: There are no check boxes on this. Should i draw in 3 of them like the model pathfinder agent below it?
Question 2: Can you start wracking up ancient site threats neutralized before you get the 20 prestige points or do you have to wait. ?

Yea, I think there should be 3 boxes in front.
I don't see why you could give it to a character who is a member of different faction but I don't see that character being able to benefit form the boon. The boons are word to imply that the a character has to be member of the faction in order to get the benefit.
As for the question about waiting, I don't read it as having to wait. the only thing that the 20 fame does is let you spend PP on a Vanity.

You're right, Scholar of the Sages should have 3 checkboxes. I've gone in and fixed the boon file so it should be corrected for future conventions. You don't have to wait to get the 20 PP; you can start counting ancient sites as soon as you apply the boon.

While you are making boon fixes, I'll point out what I believe to be some typos that might be able to be corrected as well. As a note I received some of this text second hand, so the typo may have been in the transcription and not the source text.
