Spell Sunder CMD?

Benefit: Once per rage, the barbarian can attempt to sunder an ongoing spell effect by succeeding at a combat maneuver check. For any effect other than one on a creature, the barbarian must make her combat maneuver check against a CMD of 15 plus the effect’s caster level. To sunder an effect on a creature, the barbarian must succeed at a normal sunder combat maneuver against the creature’s CMD + 5, ignoring any miss chance caused by a spell or spell-like ability. If successful, the barbarian suppresses the effect for 1 round, or 2 rounds if she exceeded the CMD by 5 to 9. If she exceeds the CMD by 10 or more, the effect is dispelled.

So, what exactly is the DC of the CMD check the Barbarian needs to make?

That is to say, is the Suppression DC = CMD, or = CMD + 5, making the Dispel DC = CMD + 10, or CMD + 15?

In what situation do I suppress the effect by only round, when I roll between CMD & CMD + 4, or only when I exactly meet the DC at CMD + 5?

You must beat CMD +5. This is the DC, this is "X" . Any roll that results in less than X fails.

X through X +4 you suppress for one round.
X +5 through X +9 you suppress for two rounds.
X + 10, you dispel.

The more I read it, the more I think it says that the DC is CMD + 5, meeting it exactly dispels it for 1 round, beating CMD by 5-9 suppresses it for 2 rounds, then beating enemy CMD by 10 dispels it.

It specifies CMD instead of DC, so I don't think it saying "exceeded the CMD by 5 to 9" means exceeding "CMD + 5" by 5 to 9.

There is no DC--this is a combat maneuver. Use the usual rules for the sunder combat maneuver, but add 5 to the defender's CMD and ignore miss chances from spells or spell-like abilities. If you beat it, the effect is suppressed for 1 round. If you beat it by 5 to 9 (i.e., the defender's CMD +10 to +14), the effect is suppressed for 2 rounds. If you beat it by 10 (i.e., the defender's CMD +15), the effect is dispelled completely.
