So I was wondering how the Luck of Heroes feat would interact with Hero Points used from a Hero's Blade. Would you roll to see if the blade keeps the Hero Point?

As a GM, I would say no. The Hero's Blade is essentially a charged device. Even a person without hero points, or the maximum number of hero points allowed, could use the sword's hero points. If the sword is stolen from the owner, the remaining uses are now in the hands of the new owner.
Like Meta Magic feats cannot be assigned to Wands, Luck of Heroes does not apply to the sword. It's a storage device. The Feat only affects the character's actual Hero Points.
