Are the legacy races from pages 506-511 of the CRB legal choices for new SFS characters, or would a boon be required?

The boon for that already exists. People GMing in the PBP Game Day currently in progress are getting it. If it works like PFS boons, anyone who GMs SFS at a convention with support from Paizo in the new couple of months should get the same one.
