Id like to make a evil doer who can either dominate a creature's body from a great distance, or replaces his soul with there's. I got the idea of this from Ghost in the Shell. Doesn't matter what level. I'm just looking for builds and options at the moment.
And before you ask, the main characters have a strong resistance to it already, though they know not why, nor that they even have it.

Oh, you want possession. Perfect for a spellcaster, they have their own little expendable meat body that, if it dies, they just wake up, unharmed, in their own body miles away. Then, give them the nightmare creature (specifically the 10 HD+ Nightmare Lord at the bottom of the page) template for unlimited-range, permanent Domination of basically anything that sleeps. That should be plenty. If it's not, well, I can always go looking for some archetypes.
It starts from as low of a level as level 9, but you could in theory get it from level 0 if you gave them a Wand of Possession. The Nightmare Lord, of course, requires level 10.
