Cable strength and item hardness

I saw that cables can be made from either titanium or adamantine alloy, but don't know how this change effects the HP and hardness of the cable. Additionally, can other objects (a grapple for instance) be made from adamantine? How would this change the cost?

In the case of the cables, lacking other information... It's probably based on the difference in item level. So Hardness would be 5+1 for titanium and 5+2 for adamantine. Table 11-11 does list a hardness of adamantine of 30, but does NOT list titanium; I would conclude then that the general formulas above would be the proper way to handle it.
