Living Grimoire changes the inquisitor's primary magic attribute to intelligence. This also affects domain effects.
The conversion inquisition converts all face skills (Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate) to wisdom instead of charisma. With the Living Grimoire archetype, this turns them from charisma to wisdom to intelligence. Would this actually work?

He uses Intelligence instead of Wisdom as his key spellcasting ability score (to determine his spell DCs, bonus spells per day, modifier on concentration checks, and so on), and to determine the effects and number of uses of his domain powers.
'Effects ... of his domain powers' will include effects of inquisition powers, so yes it works.
