Hello!
For the last month I have been working on what is currently called 'Mechfinder', a system for highly-detailed construction of mechs and their use in Starfinder.
It is integrated with both personal combat and space combat. Rules are included for the support, maintenance and transport of mechs with starships.
As of the time of writing, it sits at about 15k words and I expect I might hit 18-20k by the time it is finished.
This is a work in progress and I'd like to work with an interested publisher in bringing it to completion. I can provide a link to the WIP on Google docs. :)
Please get in touch if you want the best and most in-depth mech system Starfinder has seen so far!

Email publishers. Trying to get it through a forum probably isn't going to work out.
Having said that, try the Paizo general forum specifically. Vic Wertz regularly responds to posts in that.
Also, since you requested assistance from folks for inspiration in writing this one, you may need to look in to how that will affect sales etc for copywrite.
And look into the ownership stuff for what's posted in the forums on Paizo website. They actually have the rights to anything posted and hosted on their forums. That might interfere with getting something published but I just don't know.
These are questions that came up for me as you've been developing this one by the way. They're just points I would get clarified if I was trying to get something published.

The rights will be interesting as, far as I recall, Umbral Reaver's only posted links to the WIP document, not the body of the document itself.
It'll have to be re-named for publication as a near-certainty.
Otherwise you'll need to polish it. Check out their websites for submission guidelines. Check EZG's reviews of their products to get an idea for formatting specs.
Good luck!

I don't know what flavor of mechs you've been prioritizing with this, but if it's more of the flashy laser sword style, I could totally see DSP wanting to do something like a Path of War with mechs. Don't quote me on this, since I know basically nothing about the internal function of any of the 3pps.

It's probably closest to Battletech in style of play, but takes much more from the Starfinder starship rules for its mechanics. It is designed to be innately compatible with both mechs vs people and mechs vs starships.
And yes, there are laser swords. And magic mechs. And undead mechs. Etc.

Good luck!I'm not sure why this would be true from a copyright perspective.
I mean heck starjammer is allowed to exist , I don't see wotc banging down anyone's door.
for that matter, Marvel Comics probably won't either.
