I'm looking for someone to produce a starship flipmat - probably two or three A3 sized maps and ideally an A5 sized illustration of the starship (although I can get the artwork done separately - cartographers are where I have no clue/contacts).
I'd appreciate any private messages/posts here or emails if you know anyone who might be interested (or are a cartographer who'd be interested in discussing what I'm looking at). I'm looking for a professional, but provided you've got some kind of sample/portfolio I can see that doesn't preclude relative newcomers.

This seems more like a graphics/printing services type job, not actually cartography...(especially if you've already got the starship graphic made)
Unless I'm misunderstanding the request.
If you've already got the images (starship, and 'space'; assuming with a 1 inch grid and 1 inch hex overlay?) and just need it printed on large format page that's glossy, any mid-high end printing services shop should be able to (I think even fed-ex/kinkos/office supply shops can do it; that's what I've used in the past for some custom print work, but I never went glossy)

No, I've given the wrong impression.
I've got some scribbles on graph paper and some hand-wavy ideas of how they fit together. I want someone to turn that into a few A3 sized maps that look pretty, add a grid and then draw me a half-page picture of the spaceship. Once I've got that, I have a printer who can do the rest.
