If I already have a +1 magic Short Sword and a magic +1 returning dagger
How much will it cost to add
Shock to the Dagger
And Speed to the sword?

+10000 for the dagger and +30000 for the sword

Magic Weapons

If you already have a +1 Weapon, adding another +1 enchantment (such as Shock) is only another +6000gp.

Adding +1 to that would be another +10000gp.

Etc.

What about Speed on the shortsword?
I been to that link, just don't see prices.
The sword is already +1...

+4 is 32000 your sword is +1 already to 32000-2000 is 30000

Perhaps it's an issue with your phone? The prices are the first thing that is displayed.

Speed is a +3 equivalent. Adding it to your +1 Weapon would be another +30000gp.
