two pending charges and no pdf

Hello this is my first time buying and posting on this site. I tried buying the pdf version of starfinder and was denied. then when I checked my bank account I noticed I was charged twice. What can I do to have this fixed? I also never got a email confirmation or bill sent to my email.

Check to make sure your bank information is EXACTLY like you have it for your bank, especially your address.

Those are holds, like when you pay at the pump, they'll go away, or customer service can send a reversal notice to your bank to get them off your account quicker.
