Store Credit Glitch

Hey Paizo people

This is probably a tech team issue, but I'll start here (you folks aren't busy at the moment, are you?)

I'm trying to complete an order using store credit and it's not showing up as an option on the payment screen. I'm speculating it's because I'm mixing "ship with my subscription" items with PDFs.

If it's possible to complete that order using my store credit, that'd be great. If not, please let me know and I'll just put it through on my card.

Hi again

This was a stupid CS request (especially during a busy period) - please ignore it. I don't know what I was thinking. I easily solved this myself by breaking it up into two orders and selecting credit for the PDF (der!)

I'll post a note in the website forum just to let the tech team know (in case it's easy for them to tweak going forward). No need for you CS folks to do anything though.

Hi Steve!

Glad you figured out how to fix that! Two transactions is what I was going to recommend trying, because there is not a way to apply store credit directly to sidecart orders. Store credit gets applied when the subscription order is generated, if the "use store credit" setting is set on the My Subscriptions pages.
