I recently pre-ordered the limited edition Starfinder Core Rule Book. For the short time that I've had it the structural integrity of the spine has degraded at an alarming rate. The registers, or individually sewn chunks of pages, have completely pulled away from the fabric insert, which itself is beginning to loosen from the exterior spine. (Pictures could be provided on request.)
I am hopeful that a replacement may be provided as I am well aware of Paizo's good customer service. The only thing I'm unsure about is what sort of efforts are usually made to set aside portions of limited edition products like this for situations when the product has defects, or if they are all put out to be sold.

After a slight delay I sent am email to Paizo customer service on September 4. I have not received any response yet, but occasionally my email has difficulties with spam which I why I cc'd another email not associated with my Paizo account. All this to say, I have not yet received contact from customer service and if it could be made known to me whether thsi is on my end or yours, that would be agreeable.

We received your email. We are currently waiting for copies we can ship out as replacements from the printer. As soon as we have them we will be shipping out the replacements.
