Thursty has noted elsewhere that they are working on getting several things up and posted (like this, and the Retail Incentive policy, etc). The guide at times points at the places these items are intended to, but just haven't been worked up for the web and posted as yet. I think 'Soon(tm)' is the current unofficially official response to these items. :)

Thursty made a post with some *hints* on the unofficial SFS FB page, but no, nothing official yet. It sounds like it's getting close to release though.
