I'm really enjoying the new book, but the binding is lifting away from the cover. What is my next step to get this resolved?

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like you purchased this through a 3rd party retailer, so the first step would be to ask them if they'd be able to replace the book for you. If they can't help you with that, just let us know and send a picture to customer.service@paizo.com, along with your preferred shipping address.

Hello,

I will return it to Amazon. I've read some reports of damaged books being sent as replacements for damaged books. Does Paizo check the bindings on replacements? If my replacement from Amazon is damaged I'll go through Paizo.

Our warehouse is aware that the bindings have been having issues, so they have been trying to keep an eye on the books we send out to avoid sending out damaged ones. We can't always catch all of them, of course, especially since checking thoroughly for some of these issues would render the books non-mint in the first place.

Hello,

I just received my replacement book from Amazon and had to send it right back because of the same binding issue.

Is there going to be a second printing anytime soon that addresses these binding issues? My friends and I won't be buying your book until this can get worked out.

Yes, our printer is sending a new batch to use as replacements for defective books.


Is there a rough estimate of when they'll be delivered? I want the book but if I get a third one that is defective I just don't know...
