I am building an Operative with the Thief Specialization. The description states in the specialization says "You can use Sleight of Hand to make a trick attack by concealing your weapons and motions."
My question is, will the Operative need the Quick Draw feat to benefit from this if the weapon is not in hand? With a +1 BAB, you can draw a weapon as part of a Move Action. Is it then assumed that you can also draw a weapon as part of a Trick Attack, which is a Full Action? Or will you have to have the Quick Draw feat to draw the weapon as a Swift Action prior to a Trick Attack?
Lastly, what if the weapon is concealed? It is normally a Standard Action to draw a concealed weapon. Quick draw reduces that to a move action. If an Operative had Quick Draw, would he be able to draw the weapon as part of the Trick Attack, or would he have to draw one round, then Trick Attack the next?
Thanks!

The described action on trick attacks is for flavor. Since a full action prevents you from using a swift action you will need to already be holding a weapon or pull it as part of a move if you have a BAB of +1.
As written you can't actually use a move action to draw the weapon the same turn you trick attack.
Uncanny Mobility solves the issue allowing you to either move out of melee range or move around the target first. Acrobatics to tumble cam also work.

If you use Sleight of Hand on a trick attack, you are concealing your weapons or motions during the Trick Attack action itself, without need for further actions. With one thief opponent, I had him toss his gun covertly to the other hand behind his back and then mock shooting with the empty hand that used to be holding it, only for the PC to discover the attack was coming from a different angle from the other hand.

Quick draw doesn't seem to help here (or almost anywhere) as using a trick attack is a full round action which means you don't get a separate move action or swift action.
As writen, even with BAB +1 I don't think you would be able to combine the movement from trick attack with drawing a weapon as that is said to be combined with a single move action.
