Hello!
There was an issue with my payment for this order.
I recently moved, so the address associated with my credit card changed, invalidating my purchase.
As this is a pre-order, I'd like to have my payment processed as soon as possible so I can get the new Starfinder books as soon as they ship out.
I've already updated my payment info, and I sent an email. I've also sent a request to change the shipping address. But I've had no response via email, so I'm trying here as well.

Hello Bookrat,
I see 4 addresses on your account and I don't see an email from the email address attached to your account, so I am not sure which address to change it to. I have suspended the order so it does not ship out until we update it. Let me know which address you need it changed to and I will get it changed and lift the suspension. If it is an address already on the account you can just give me the first couple of numbers, if it is a new one you will want to either email me at customer.service@paizo.com or give me a call at 425-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday and I can add it.

Thank you for the update. I got the email and I have updated the shipping address. I am sending you an updated email confirmation reflecting this change. This will only apply to the second package though as the first one has already shipped out. Will you be able to claim that package?
