Bestow Curse says that curses can be removed with Break Enchantment, Remove Curse, Limited Wish, and some other spells. Looking at Break Enchantment and Remove Curse, these require a caster level check. Limited Wish's description says it can undo several negative spell's effects, such as Insanity. Does it require a check to do so or does it automatically get rid of it?
Removing a curse inflicted by bestow curse is definitely in line with the listed effects. No check should be required. If the source of the effect has special rules making it unusually difficult to remove, then that might be different, but it would have to be pretty difficult.
