Brawler Rule Question

I made a Brawler and I have some questions about your abilities.

Dragon Style (Combat): Further, you can add 1-1/2 times your Strength bonus on the damage roll for your first unarmed strike on a given round.

1) When I using the Dragon Style feat and take a crit, the value stack?

Ex: Char Str mod 6, with Dragon Style Str mod 9 in damage rolls. In a crit damage, the value of str mod is 12 or 18?

2) About Martial Flexibility

Martial Flexibility (Ex): A brawler can take a move action to gain the benefit of a combat feat she doesn't possess.

Can I move and gain the combat feat, or just gain the combat feat?

Ex: On the 7th level, I can take two feats using a move action, but can I get these two feats while move to the enemy direction?

1) you take the damage you did for you hit and you do it again, so 18.

2)No, it's not while moving it's a move action. SO you can get feats as a move action and then punch as a standard.
