hi all.
i play in a game a wizard that has the spell suffocation, let's say i cast it on an enemies and he make his last fortitude save so he is at -1 HP and dying, does he suddenly stop dying and return to his original HP? same if he was suffocating by lack of air.
since nowhere it is stated what happen when they survive the suffocation and are able to re-breath, even in the environmental rules. what happen to them? do they stay in that stated until they are healed? do they return to normal? do they have to make stabilization check?
