As i have asked before on if a Homunculus could take class levels, which i was told they could not, now my question is, what would be the base three saves for a Homunculus and do they have a race or not?

They're counted as Constructs in terms of race and have all poor saves which is really not much of an issue considering just how much they are immune to.

I see, so that means they get no bonuses to ability scores? That and would they get a faved class bonus too, even tho they have no class?

They don't, they're like animal companions.

They get a starting stat block and a level four advancement to those stats. They're a class feature not a separate character.

ok thank you for your answers, now i must ask i know pfs says a player needs the book for anything they wish to use, but would i need to get the Ultimate Campaign book?

yes, but a few traits say there from Ultimate Campaign, and i think i just answered my own question, it would mean i do

Double check to see if those traits are in the free Character Traits .pdf to potentially save yourself some money.

Just in case you were planning on giving your homunculus traits, I'm not 100% sure, but I don't believe a homunculus would get traits without the Additional Traits feat.

Normally only full player characters get traits. NPCs don't get them. Companions don't get them. The Additional Traits could be used though.

I agree with Michael and Lau.. but the additional trait feat could work for a companion..

Is this going to be your first character? It's an archetype with quite a few difficult and disputed rules, and people complain that it doesn't really deliver very well.

It might not give you a very enjoyable experience.

They fixed the rules confusion weeks ago and makes then out to be relatively tanky is you combo it with your spells.

Every single other companion has rules dictating what equipment it can and can't wear. The Promethean has not such rule and it wasn't certain if it was intentional or just a typo.
