I'm kidding, but really.
I am having a problem with my payment options. My card is expiring soon, so I was trying to update my card to my newly activated one, but it's not updating.
I hope we can get this taken care of before Starfinder ships. I need to get it for upcoming games.

Last I heard, that function is broken. It certainly didn't work the last time my card expired (a few months ago), and I've seen another thread where someone else couldn't get it to work. Things could have changed, but... maybe not.
I know that doesn't solve the problem, but it can (probably) save you the time of trying multiple browsers and times of day, and rubbing your good-luck puppy at the same time.
I think I ended up just deleting the payment method and adding a new one, which works as a self-serve option.

Hello Cyd,
I don't see a newer card on your account. You can give us a call at 425-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday, and we should be able to get it put in for you.
I see a flip map in a separate order from your subscription items. Would you like for me to merge it into the larger order?

I just took a look at your account at it looks like the warehouse got the map shipped out right around the time I posted, so I wasn't able to merge it into the order.
It looks like you got the payment issue sorted out as I do see a payment method added to your order last night. It authorized successfully, so everything looks good now.
