True Seeing vs Shadow bloodline

Rules Questions

Does a character using True Seeing automatically perceive a character using the 9th level ability, Shadow Well, from the Shadow bloodline?

No. Shadow Well is not described as being an illusion effect. The passive half of the ability functions mundanely, similar to Hide in Plain Sight. The secondary half, the spell-like ability, functions like Dimension Door, and so is a conjuration SLA, not an illusion one.

Trus Seeing does not detect creatures that are, as it describes, 'simply hiding', which is what Shadow Well is allowing you to do.

So then, it would simply be down to a Perception vs. Stealth check then?

If a character using Shadow Well were facing a creature without True Seeing and were invisible as well, would they still receive the +20 to +40 bonus to stealth from being invisible?

The Concordance

Yeah, abilities like Shadow Well and Hide in Plain Sight aren't thwarted at all by true seeing. Ends up being a pure Stealth vs Perception.

True Sight would negate your invisibility bonuses to Stealth.

The thing is that true seeing allows to see through natural and magical darkness.

So, are you hidden with the help of darkness/shadows if the observer can see right through it ?
