FIRST OFF: Because of two boons (from two different scenarios) one of my characters can be both a thassalonian specialist and runeguard PRC.
SECOND OFF: I do not want my character to be overpowered broken. I'm just looking for advice on how to make them solvent. Able to do their thing in combat, without breaking the game.
Now that is out of the way: I've had an idea for a character concept (helped along by a friend of mine, that I want to try out for PFS. The idea is a student from Korvosa that has heard about ancient Thassalonian magic (and the fall of Lissala) and basically wants to 'fix' it by reviving virtue magic. The idea would be to go from Thassalonian specialist Wizard to Runeguard.
Alpha build: half-elf thassalonian specialist (Abjuration)(counterspell sub-school)
Six levels wizard (for the level six abjurer wizard ability), 5 levels Runeguard
Str: 10, Dex: 14 Con:14 Int:19, Will: 11, Chr: 7
Feats:
1)Spell Focus (Abjuration)(bonus), Skill Focus (linguistics)(bonus), Cunning
3) Orator
5) Dispel Focus, (Some bonus feat, merciful spell, spell mastery?)
6) Improved counterspell (bonus)
7)Spell specialization (Dispel Magic)
9)Toughness??
11) ????

Funny, I've been pondering almost the same character lately.
If you're getting Dispel Focus, you may as well get Greater Dispel Focus, too. I'd also recommend Varisian Tattoo (abjuration). Not sure what the Cunning feat you listed is. If it's Cunning Caster, I don't believe that is PFS legal.
For traits, you almost certainly want to consider getting both Wayang Spellhunter and Magical Lineage, which will allow you to have quickened dispel magic in 5th level slots. It's kind of a long game choice, though. If you do this, it's probably a good idea to plan to play this character in Seeker content.
For spells that will get you some mileage within Abjuration, the Magic Circles are all useful, as is Peacebond (the Ultimate Combat one). Stunning Barrier Greater is a solid defensive tool, as well. For most combats, I would probably stock up on either summons or buffs for the party with the bulk of my other slots.

Cunning from Villans codex gives an additional skill point per level. It is PFS legal
I can already quicken counterspell 1/day with my level 6 counterspell ability.
didn't realize greater dispel focus was a thing, thanks.
Yeah, the plan was to stock up on buffs and direct damage conjuration spells like snowball and acid arrow.
Hadn't considered the quicken Spell for quicken dispel magic, but I want to save one of my traits for pragmatic activator /clever wordplay (UMD)
Thanks for the ideas.

The idea with quicken dispel is to use it to remove an effect, then ready your standard to counter. If they try to do a quickened spell, as well, then you can force with the counterspell school ability.

Oh, finally figured out what you were saying about those traits. Not sure if those two traits stack. Besides, I could save some feats and just get a lesser metamagic quicken rod. Costs a bunch, sure, but it doesn't eat up my fifth level spell slots and both my traits. And I probably couldn't afford it 'till level 10 anyway.
