revise Gen Con pickup (unable to attend Gen Con)

Hi,

I'm having to cancel my Gen Con trip (sadness).
I'd initially set my subscriptions for pick up at Gen Con, how do I go about making sure that I can get them shipped out to me?

Is this the correct method of contact, is there any particular information needed to update?
