I believe that you needed to not sign up for a Starfinder Society subscription; if you signed up for just the other subs, that one would be added for free. If you explicitly sign up for the sub, you pay for it.
Rysky, he's in the Customer Service forum already. I'm sure someone will read the thread after the weekend and do whatever needs to be done to fix the situation.

CS will need to cancel your SFSociety subscription for you (you don't need it as, provided you remain a Starfinder Superscriber you'll get access to the SF scenarios for nothing).
I think you're probably seeing an authorisation though, rather than a charge on your credit card and that it will expire. SF Society subscriptions haven't actually been generated yet.
However, there was a glitch when they ran the PFS subscriptions for July.

I see on another forum where people believe they should be getting Starfinder society sub for free for subbing to all the other Starfinder subs.
Is this true?
Cust service help requested please

Hello Malik,
Your Starfinder Society subscription has been cancelled. You will be receiving an email confirmation. You haven't been charged for the scenarios as they don't release until August 17.
Please keep in mind that we respond to threads in order from oldest to newest, so bumping your thread pushes it to the back of the line.
