aid another and enemies

Can enemies of the PCs also use Aid another? And if yes, must they have at least 3 Int?

Technically speaking, any creature can use aid another. The question is whether they want to or if they're intelligent enough to do, the latter of which falls into GM FIAT.

Creatures use almost all of the same rules as PCs. I would certainly think that ants, which are mindless, can aid another.

Everything available to the PCs is also available to monsters and NPCs. Everyone follows the same rules unless noted otherwise.

Wolves are INT 2, and I'm quite sure they would use Aid Another constantly during pack warfare.
