Several damage reduction how it works?

For example DR/magic and piercing
so i need magic bow+1 or only one of these two?


DR with "and" means your weapon has to match both types.
Dr with "or" only requires you to match one.

So DR/Magic and Piercing does require your bow to be +1.
If it were DR/Magic or Piercing a normal bow would overcome it

(assuming the use of standard arrows)
